By using the Dawwr app or website (and Dawwr Merchant), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Content policy: zero tolerance
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Posting or sending any abusive, harassing, hateful, obscene, or illegal content, or any abusive behavior toward other users, is strictly prohibited.
User-generated content (request descriptions, photos, voice notes, chat messages) is subject to moderation. Any user who posts objectionable content may have it removed and their account permanently terminated.
User-generated content rules
- You agree not to post abusive, obscene, or illegal content.
- We provide automated filtering of objectionable words, a Report button to flag violating content, and the ability to block abusive users.
- Reported content is reviewed and actioned within 24 hours (removing content and ejecting the offending user as needed).
- Blocking a user immediately hides their content from you.
Account
- You are responsible for your information and keeping your account secure.
- You can delete your account anytime from within the app or website (Profile, then Delete account).

Dawwr is a platform connecting car owners with repair workshops and spare-parts merchants. We are not responsible for the quality of services or parts provided by merchants; transactions are between the parties.
